From the first message you send to what you leave with after each session — we want you to know what you're signing up for before you book.

Before the first session

You send a message

Use the contact form or email directly. Tell us what's going on, what you've tried, and what you'd like to change. You don't need to have a perfectly formed question.

We respond honestly

We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a clear recommendation — which service fits your situation, or whether you'd be better served by free resources first.

We agree on logistics

If it makes sense to work together, we'll agree on format (single session vs programme), timing, and a pre-session reflection prompt so the first session isn't wasted on setup.

During a session

Four things happen in most sessions, roughly in this order.

We clarify the actual question

You share what's going on. We work together to sharpen it into a question or problem statement we can actually make progress on in the time we have.

We map the system

We lay out your constraints, options, past attempts, and patterns. This often surfaces the real problem hiding underneath the one you walked in with.

We explore alternatives

We test different paths and decisions against your values, risk tolerance, energy, and life context — not just what sounds strategically correct.

We design small experiments

You leave with a handful of specific, time-bound tests, conversations, or changes for the next 30–90 days — not a vague "keep applying" directive.

Between sessions

Written summary

After each session we send a summary of what we covered: key points, decisions made, and the specific next steps you committed to.

Email check-ins (programmes)

For Career Design Track and Transition Support clients, we build in lightweight email check-ins between sessions — not to push you, but to stay informed before the next conversation.

Adjustments as needed

If reality shows up differently than planned — a job offer you weren't expecting, a setback, a new constraint — we adjust the plan rather than stick to the original just because we wrote it down.

By the end of working together, you should have these things.

Not necessarily one perfect answer, but a ranked shortlist of realistic paths you feel honest about pursuing.

A concrete plan

Specific experiments and actions for the next 30–90 days — written down, time-bound, and calibrated to your actual life.

Stronger positioning

A resume, LinkedIn profile, and interview story that reflects where you're actually going — not just where you've been.

An option to return

Career isn't linear. If things shift, or you hit a new inflection point, you can come back. Previous context doesn't need to be re-explained.

How it differs across packages

Clarity Session (1 session)

One focused conversation. You bring one question or decision. You leave with mapped options, key insights, and 1–3 concrete next steps. No follow-up sessions assumed.
